What is the return & refund policy?
RETURNS
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 15 days of receiving your goods, and a further 15 days to return them, giving you up to 30 days in total.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a fault is confirmed:
- We will cover return shipping costs
- You will receive a full refund or replacement
EXCLUSIONS
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or
- Within 14 days of receiving proof of return

We do not normally deliver outside the UK mainland. If you are located outside this area, please contact us before placing your order. We may be able to make exceptions for certain products on a case-by-case basis.
